The iRewards System is the official recognition and incentive framework within the I Seek Help International Ecosystem.

aPoints recognise individuals for their commitment to learning, development, and professional advancement within the I Seek Help Academy.
Every course, training program, workshop, or certification completed contributes toward an individual’s Academy Point balance.
This ensures that growth happens one lesson, one insight, and one completed module at a time.
aPoints may be earned through:
• Completing Academy courses
• Attending workshops or masterclasses
• Completing exams or assessments
• Participating in practical training
• Submitting assignments or case studies
• Participating in supervision or practice sessions
• Completing certification programs
As aPoints accumulate, individuals progress through Education Tier Levels, which recognise their commitment to learning and development.

Every time a practitioner delivers value through the ecosystem, they generate iPoints.
iPoints may be earned through:
• Offering Paradigm Profiles to clients
• Selling ecosystem courses or programs
• Delivering workshops or challenges
• Offering transformation experiences
• Hosting training sessions
• Participating in ecosystem-based services
• Introducing new professionals to the ecosystem
• Growing a professional network within the platform
