The I Seek Help International Recognition & Reward System

The iRewards System is the official recognition and incentive framework within the I Seek Help International Ecosystem.

It is designed to encourage continuous learning, professional excellence, ecosystem contribution, and real-world impact.
Through iRewards, both members of the public and professional practitioners are recognised for their growth, participation, and contribution to the global mental wellbeing movement.

The system operates through two complementary reward structures:
aPoints – Academy Achievement Points
iPoints – Income & Ecosystem Contribution Points

Together, these systems create a balanced model that rewards both education and impact.

1. aPoints

Academy Achievement Points

aPoints recognise individuals for their commitment to learning, development, and professional advancement within the I Seek Help Academy.
Every course, training program, workshop, or certification completed contributes toward an individual’s Academy Point balance.
This ensures that growth happens one lesson, one insight, and one completed module at a time.

aPoints may be earned through:

• Completing Academy courses
• Attending workshops or masterclasses
• Completing exams or assessments
• Participating in practical training
• Submitting assignments or case studies
• Participating in supervision or practice sessions
• Completing certification programs

As aPoints accumulate, individuals progress through Education Tier Levels, which recognise their commitment to learning and development.

Education Tiers

TierEducation Status
ExplorerBeginning your journey of learning, discovery, and personal growth within the I Seek Help International ecosystem.
AcceleratorActively developing knowledge, completing training, and building foundational skills for personal or professional application.
AchieverDemonstrating consistent progress through completed courses and recognised competence in applying key frameworks and methodologies.
EliteAdvanced level of professional insight, leadership, and application within the ecosystem, recognised for high standards of practice and contribution.
MasterThe highest level of educational recognition within the Academy, representing deep expertise, continued learning, and a commitment to guiding transformation in others.

These tiers represent increasing levels of knowledge, capability, and professional recognition.

Higher tiers may unlock:

• Professional recognition badges
• Increased visibility in practitioner directories
• Access to advanced courses
• Invitations to specialised programs
• Greater credibility within the ecosystem

aPoints therefore represent learning, growth, and professional mastery.

2. iPoints

Income & Ecosystem Contribution Points

While aPoints reward education, iPoints reward action and impact.

iPoints recognise practitioners for actively using the I Seek Help International Ecosystem within their professional practice.

Every time a practitioner delivers value through the ecosystem, they generate iPoints.

iPoints may be earned through:

• Offering Paradigm Profiles to clients
• Selling ecosystem courses or programs
• Delivering workshops or challenges
• Offering transformation experiences
• Hosting training sessions
• Participating in ecosystem-based services
• Introducing new professionals to the ecosystem
• Growing a professional network within the platform

Practitioners may also earn a percentage of activity generated by professionals they introduce to the ecosystem, allowing them to build a professional organisation that contributes to the global mission.

iPoints therefore recognise service, contribution, leadership, and ecosystem growth.

Monthly Active Rewards

Active practitioners who continue to generate ecosystem activity may qualify for Monthly Active Rewards.

These rewards recognise professionals who consistently:

• Serve clients
• Deliver ecosystem solutions
• Grow their practices
• Contribute to the global support network

Monthly rewards may include:

• Financial bonuses
• Recognition within the community
• Access to special opportunities
• Priority ecosystem benefits

Annual iRewards Incentives

Over a 12-month cycle, accumulated iPoints contribute toward Annual iRewards Recognition.

These annual incentives celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to the ecosystem.

Annual iRewards may include:

• Special recognition awards
• Professional promotions
• Leadership opportunities
• Exclusive events or retreats
• Strategic partnership opportunities
• Global recognition within the network

The annual reward structure encourages practitioners to build sustainable practices while expanding their impact.
