Recognition & Reward System

The iRewards System is the official recognition and incentive framework within the I Seek Help International Ecosystem.  It is designed to encourage continuous learning, professional excellence, ecosystem contribution, and real-world impact.

The system operates through two complementary reward structures:

- aPoints – Academy Achievement Points
- iPoints – Income & Ecosystem Contribution Points

Together, these systems create a balanced model that rewards both education and impact.

Academy Achievement Points

aPoints recognise individuals for their commitment to learning, development, and professional advancement within the I Seek Help Academy.

Every course, training program, workshop, or certification completed contributes toward an individual’s Academy Point balance.

This ensures that growth happens one lesson, one insight, and one completed module at a time.

aPoints may be earned through:

• Completing Academy courses
• Attending workshops or masterclasses
• Completing exams or assessments
• Participating in practical training
• Submitting assignments or case studies
• Participating in supervision or practice sessions
• Completing certification programs

As aPoints accumulate, individuals progress through Education Tier Levels, which recognise their commitment to learning and development.

Tier & Education Status 

Explorer Beginning your journey of learning, discovery, and personal growth within the I Seek Help International ecosystem. 

Accelerator Actively developing knowledge, completing training, and building foundational skills for personal or professional application. 

Achiever Demonstrating consistent progress through completed courses and recognised competence in applying key frameworks and methodologies. 

Elite Advanced level of professional insight, leadership, and application within the ecosystem, recognised for high standards of practice and contribution. 

Master The highest level of educational recognition within the Academy, representing deep expertise, continued learning, and a commitment to guiding transformation in others. These tiers represent increasing levels of knowledge, capability, and professional recognition.
