I am grateful for Momentum group,since I joined I am an extremely forgiving person,not perfect at all,take one thing at the time
I am able to listen to myself,know that I am worthy,enough ,loved,patience the skill I never had before
I see good in everything for example my Manager iis micromanaging me now ,I see it as the help for me to focus and ask God first before I do anything because of course I am not a perfect being
This afternoon I realized that I left my phone at work and it is 45 minutes drive,I became confused and ask myself Why am I stressing then I got an answer that this is a chance for me to breath,I breathed almost the whole journey
I see negative things are happening for me not to me
I can ask for more freedom because I live up to my name Phumzile meaning Restš
I am also able to listen to myself before uttering anything and have realized that to judge people is not the way of Life ,now I listen to understand Not to answer.

As a professional actor and tv and film producer with nearly 3 decades in the industry I felt like I needed to take my confidence and self love into the workshop for some much needed maintenance. In an industry with equal highs and lows sometimes life can feel like a never ending roller coaster and that can take its toll on oneās mental health. After turning 50 and still not completely feeling like I was enough just as I was, I knew I needed to do something about it. My thought patterns were depression and when youāre just thinking of ending it all. Thinking I have no purpose in this life. This brought on feelings of incredible sadness, anxiety and fear, feelings of helplessness and being totally out of control. The more I thought the more intense the feelings became.
