As a professional actor and tv and film producer with nearly 3 decades in the industry I felt like I needed to take my confidence and self love into the workshop for some much needed maintenance. In an industry with equal highs and lows sometimes life can feel like a never ending roller coaster and that can take its toll on oneās mental health. After turning 50 and still not completely feeling like I was enough just as I was, I knew I needed to do something about it. I started the 21 Day Challenge with I Seek Help international and immediately I started feeling like there was more to life, more to me and more that I could still be by just being totally and one hundred percent myself. My family is happy to have a new old me back again and my confidence on set making movies or in the studio recording commercials has reached new highs and everyday is a gift. Thinking I have no purpose in this life. This brought on feelings of incredible sadness, anxiety and fear, feelings of helplessness and being totally out of control.
