As a professional actor and tv and film producer with nearly 3 decades in the industry I felt like I needed to take my confidence and self love into the workshop for some much needed maintenance. In an industry with equal highs and lows sometimes life can feel like a never ending roller coaster and that can take its toll on oneās mental health. After turning 50 and still not completely feeling like I was enough just as I was, I knew I needed to do something about it.
